Newby has received many instructions from financial institutions where they have exercised security over property companies and/or assets. Newby continues to work with several institutions, advising in each case as to appropriate development, sale and/or exit propositions.
The Newby team was also instructed to project manage the delivery of a large scale; part built residential development in Manchester, which was duly completed on cost and in a timely fashion. The project was taken over by the bank when the previous developer went into administration and consisted of 261 residential properties and associated car parking.
