Moorfield Group is a UK real estate and real estate related investor, developer and private equity fund manager, with some £3 billion currently under management through the Moorfield Real Estate Funds (MREFs) and is currently investing its second opportunity fund (MREF II), which has some £350m of unspent equity to invest. It is envisaged that land and property assets of a value of up to £100m could be bought by the Newby / Moorfield joint venture over 2010 and 2011, with further funds being made available to finance our relationship over the longer term.
